Turtle Longevity Qigong
Longevity Qigong is a set of traditional Chinese exercises for health preservation that people practice imitating the shape and respiration of the turtle, which is initiated by Prof. Jianwei Wu of Chengdu University of TCM after many years of practice. Turtle Longevity Qigong is an eight-section powerful set of Qigong exercise, including turtle adjusting breath, turtle searching for food, turtle feeding, turtle paddling, turtle huddling, turtle stretching, turtle swimming, and turtle hibernation.
Eight Section Brocade (Ba Duan Jin)
Eight Section Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) is one of the most popular traditional health preservation exercises that originated in the Song dynasty. It integrates static-dynamic and interaction between body and mind. And it could regulate the function of the Zang fu organs and the circulation of qi and blood, improve one’s immunity to prevent and cure diseases in long-term practice.
