一、个人简介

罗开沛,副教授,硕士生导师,党委研究生工作部副部长、研究生院副院长(挂职)。博士毕业于中国药科大学药学院药剂学专业。入选中华中医药学会青年人才托举工程,成都中医药大学杏林学者“1313”高层次人才。担任国家自然科学基金委、教育部学位论文、四川省科技计划项目、宁夏回族自治区科技项目等评审专家,并兼任中华中医药学会中成药分会青年委员。

主要从事中药新型给药系统研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、四川省自然科学基金面上项目等科研项目。在BiomaterialsJournal of Controlled ReleaseSmallChemical Engineering JournalActa Biomaterialia等国内外期刊发表学术论文50余篇。为Journal of Controlled ReleaseActa Pharmaceutica Sinica BJournal of NanobiotechnologyCarbohydrate Polymers等期刊特邀审稿人。任Chinese MedicineScience of Traditional Chinese MedicineNano TransMed、《沈阳药科大学学报》、《成都中医药大学学报》、《药学研究》等杂志青年编委。指导研究生获得国家奖学金、省级/校级优秀毕业生等荣誉。以第一指导教师指导本科生荣获“全国大学生药苑论坛”创新成果一等奖及优秀论文奖,指导大学生创新创业课题立项3项,获评优秀学士学位论文指导教师。
